Q – I can’t see what I’m expecting to when I’m in the app

A – Firstly – check which profile you’re in – this is the most common reason why you can’t find notifications / jobs etc.   Because switching profiles has been deliberately made very easy and the interfaces are very similar,  it’s easy to overlook which profile you’re in .

Q – I have seen someone on the app pretending to be experienced / qualified and they are not 

A – Whilst TImesave Recruitment are unable to guarantee that our users are who they say they are, safety and quality of work is extremely important to us. If you can provide evidence of  your concerns please head  over to Contact and send us a message. We will remove any user from the app who is found to be misrepresenting themselves. 

Q – I can’t see the jobs I’ve applied for

A – in your Jobs screen you can see the jobs you have been hired for, and the jobs you’ve posted. The screen becomes very busy if all the applied for jobs are also listed there, so are not displayed 

If you need a list of jobs you’ve applied  for but not been hired for  over to Contact and send us a message and we’ll download and send it over to you.

Q – the questions don’t allow me to accurately assess the providers / employers 

A – We have consulted industry experts, and tried to make the questions comprehensive enough to allow you to assess the other party, alongside reviewing their profile. But we know we may not have got it completely right – we love feedback so if you have any ideas for other questions to ask, please head over to Contact and send us a message and we’ll help  you find what you’re looking for 

Q – I haven’t heard back about a job 

A – Ideally all employers and homeowners will let you know whether they wish to hire you , or whether your skills are not quite a match. However, if the hirer has been inundated, they possibly have not got round to letting everyone know if they’ve already filled the post

If you are seeing the same employers  or  homeowners persistently not giving providers any feedback, please do head over to Contact and send us a message with the details and we will remind the hirer that they are working outside of the app guidelines. 

Q – I can’t find many jobs 

A – We are still in launch phase and have deliberately targeted sign up at providers first – as there would be nothing more frustrating  than lots of jobs and no providers to fill them – so if we’re new to your area, we are still recruiting  providers before launching to employers and homeowners.

If we’ve been in your area a while, make sure your profile has been completed with all your skills and industries, and your search radius is not too narrow.
